Job Description

We are seeking people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients and join our team in Sheldon as a Care Professional.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Professional, you will:

  • Provide a variety of non-medical care services to help our clients maintain independence in their own home.
  • Build trust through meaningful connections, fostering lasting friendships with clients.
  • Support clients with daily tasks in a personalised, safe, and respectful manner.
  • Ensure clients’ well-being through companionship, assistance, and gentle encouragement.

About the Role

Experience: No formal qualifications or experience are required, but we value:

  • Experience of working in care (paid or voluntary).
  • Experience of interacting with older people, such as personal or family caregiving.
  • A passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service.
