Home Instead – CAREGiver Position in Edgbaston

About the Organisation

Home Instead is the world's leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. With minimum service visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an outstanding reputation in care quality, we specialise in creating meaningful connections. Our approach pairs CAREGivers with clients based on mutual interests and hobbies, fostering trust and tailored support to help them maintain independence in their homes.

Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals with a happiness to care—people who are eager to improve the quality of life for our clients in Edgbaston. As a CAREGiver, you’ll provide non-medical support to enable your clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

No Experience Needed

You do not require prior qualifications or formal experience. However, voluntary or personal experience—such as caring for family members or participating in community support roles—would be advantageous, particularly in working with older adults.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
