About the Role
We are seeking individuals with kind, compassionate hearts who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for older adults. Join our team in Edgbaston as a CAREGiver and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
As a CAREGiver, you will:
- Provide trusted, non-medical support to help clients stay independent at home
- Build personal connections through shared activities and interests
- Maintain confidentiality, reliability, and a respectful approach
- Offer both practical assistance and thoughtful companionship
- Develop professional bonds with colleagues and clients alike

Requirements
- No prior experience necessarily required – we provide rigorous, award-winning training.
- Beneficial (not essential) to have:
- Experience working in care or supporting older adults
- Personal or voluntary care experience (e.g. caring for family members or volunteering)
- Key personal traits:
- Passion for supporting and uplifting others
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred service
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and respectfulness
- Flexibility to adapt to each client’s needs and rhythms
