Care Professional – Home Care Team (Edgbaston, UK)

Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join a proud and established home care team—and you could be part of the positive change we bring to clients who need support.
As a Care Professional, you’ll:
- Support clients with daily routines, including personal care
- Administer prescribed medication
- Provide companionship
- Assist clients to appointments, errands, or social activities
- Offer task flexibility and customised support as required
