Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Edgbaston as a Care Professional.

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients remain independent in their own homes.

Requirements

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. However, it would be useful to have:

  • Some experience of working in a care setting
  • Previous experience interacting with older people (e.g., personal experience in caring for a family member)
  • Volunteering experience that involves supporting or caring for others

You will:

  • Have a passion for supporting others
  • Pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
  • Enjoy building professional friendships
  • Be comfortable spending time in the company of clients
