Your new role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and varied workload where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for arranging packages of care and placements for Adult Social Care clients with care providers when directed. Providing a high level of customer service, you will create and send to providers the contract order form and be responsible for the timely and accurate recording of all orders for all care packages commissioned. In addition, you will liaise with Adult Social Care and providers to resolve queries and make amendments to care packages to reflect changes in care needs.

Who Is The Person Summary
With good interpersonal skills, you will have confidence in dealing with and liaising with practitioners and external care providers. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload, you will be able to work autonomously whilst under pressure and to deadlines. A team player with strong investigative skills you will have be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications. There will be occasions when you will be required to juggle commissioning more than one package/resolving problems/queries at a time.
