Role Description

The Care Relationship Executive (CRE) working for the Country Cousins is responsible for delivering an exceptional client and carer experience throughout the care journey, from registration and placement through to ongoing service delivery. The role holder is accountable for matching clients and carers, building strong relationships, driving client retention, and ensuring continuity of service.

As a member of the Operations Team, the CRE works in a fast-paced environment, balancing relationship management with the achievement of KPIs and SLAs that support service excellence, client satisfaction, and business performance.

Person Specification

  • Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or care coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • GCSE English Grade C/4 or above.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.

Desirable

  • Experience within health and social care, homecare, or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of live-in care services.

Salary

£27,000 per annum

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Hybrid Working

From home 2 days per week

Paid on Call

17:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday 1 week in 8
