As a Care Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping families make one of life's most important decisions. Working across a portfolio of care homes, you'll drive occupancy through proactive business development, strong local relationships and exceptional customer experience, ensuring every prospective resident receives the guidance and support they need throughout their journey.
About The Role
This is a field-based position focused on generating new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes. You'll build relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners and local stakeholders to develop a strong referral network while supporting prospective residents and their families through the admissions process.

Working closely with the Care Sales Lead and home teams, you'll identify opportunities to grow occupancy, conduct consultations and home tours, coordinate follow-up activity and ensure every interaction reflects our values. You'll maintain accurate pipeline information within CRM systems, contribute to local marketing initiatives, share market insights and attend regular occupancy reviews to help shape regional sales performance.
Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding individual needs and confidently guiding families through what can often be an emotional and complex decision.
About You
You'll be a confident relationship builder with experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development and a proven ability to achieve targets. Comfortable working independently, you'll enjoy being out in the community, developing professional networks and identifying opportunities to generate new business.
You'll have excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to understand each family's circumstances and provide thoughtful, tailored advice. Organised and proactive, you'll manage multiple enquiries effectively while maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Essential
What you'll bring
- Experience within sales, customer acquisition or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across your assigned region and occasionally work early mornings or evenings to support families and referral partners.
Desirable
- Experience within healthcare, social care or another customer-focused professional services environment.
- Knowledge of care home admissions, health and social care pathways or care funding (NHS, local authority or private).
- Formal sales training or relevant professional qualifications.
Additional Information
A discretionary bonus is available based on occupancy performance.

From time to time, you may be asked to undertake other duties appropriate to the role, and the responsibilities outlined above may be reasonably reviewed and updated following consultation to reflect business needs.
