Joining us means becoming part of a forward-looking care organisation with a strong, long-term commitment to the success of every home. Supported by substantial, planned investment, we provide the resources and stability needed to deliver high-quality, sustainable care while nurturing thriving communities. This is a field-based leadership role with frequent travel across your assigned portfolio of care homes and line management responsibility for a team of Care Sales Executives.

As a Care Sales Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving occupancy growth across a portfolio of care homes by leading and developing a high-performing team of Care Sales Executives. Working closely with operational colleagues and key external partners, you'll shape regional sales strategy, strengthen referral networks and ensure every prospective resident and family receives an exceptional experience throughout their journey.
About The Role

Working closely with Home Managers and operational teams, you'll develop local sales and marketing strategies, build strong relationships with referral partners and oversee the quality of every stage of the admissions journey. You'll use occupancy data, pipeline reporting and market insight to drive performance, identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular forecasting and updates to senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
