Key Responsibilities

Care Scheduling:
- Create and manage care schedules to maintain consistency and continuity for clients
- Match Care Professionals to clients based on needs, location, and compatibility

Response & Coordination:
- Prioritise and resolve scheduling changes due to sickness, emergencies, or new care packages
- Maintain accurate records in care management systems

Communication & Support:
- Liaise effectively with Care Professionals, clients, and internal teams
- Assist in new client onboarding and ongoing care reviews
- Work with recruitment to ensure adequate staffing levels

- On-Call Responsibilities:
- Participate in on-call rotations including:
- One weekday evening shift
- Two weekend shifts (every 4 weekends)
- Support incoming/outgoing calls, coordinate scheduling changes
- Provide emergency client support when required

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with care logistics (preferred)
Key Skills & Traits:
- Organisational prowess with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with IT systems and scheduling software
- Remains calm, solution-oriented under pressure
- Passion for high-quality care and supporting independence
