Care Service Manager - Edinburgh
As a Care Service Manager based in Edinburgh, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring they run smoothly and meet high standards. Your role will support the organisation in delivering excellent care to the community.

Description
- Manage and coordinate care services to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Monitor service delivery standards and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting as required.
- Support and supervise staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align services with organisational goals.

Job Offer
- Permanent contract
- Salary ranging from £40,000 - £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
