As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of care, while also supporting and mentoring our care experts in the field. From being the friendly voice behind the scenes, managing enquiries from potential customers, to stepping in hands-on to deliver care when needed, you’ll make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team in Cardiff, where you’ll supervise care assistants, manage a designated area efficiently, and ensure our services consistently meet customers’ needs while promoting their dignity and privacy.

- CUSTOMER CARE Conduct assessments with customers (and their representatives) to identify needs and create tailored care plans, regularly updating them as necessary and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- STAFF COORDINATION Guide care assistants, appropriately match them to customers, and provide support with training and supervision. Attend initial customer visits to introduce the care assistant.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE Monitor service quality by conducting reviews, investigating any issues related to the service, and implementing improvements where needed.
- EMERGENCY SUPPORT Participate in the on-call rota, handling emergency situations by arranging cover for staff absences.
Duties Include
- Carrying out risk assessments and agreeing on risk control measures.
- Maintaining clear communication with customers, their representatives, and care staff.
- Managing Medication Administration Record (MAR) chart distribution.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Requirements
- A minimum of QCF Level 2 qualification (with enrolment onto QCF Level 3 available during employment).
- Experience in providing home care and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle
