Job Title
At LifeCome Care, we treat every client as if they were our own family. Since 2009 we've been supporting people to live safely and independently at home. We're rated Good by the CQC and hold ISO 9001 certification. We're looking for an experienced Care Supervisor to lead, support and develop our care workers in the community.
What you'll do
- Supervise and support a team of care workers, including regular one-to-ones and spot checks
- Carry out client assessments, care plan reviews and risk assessments
- Check medication records (MAR charts) and care notes for quality and accuracy
- Carry out competency checks, including medication and moving and handling
- Deliver care visits when needed, leading by example
- Respond to concerns, complaints and safeguarding issues, and escalate them appropriately
- Take part in the on-call rota

What you'll bring
- At least 2 years' experience in domiciliary care, with some experience supervising or leading others
- An NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care at Level 3 or above (or working towards it)
- Good knowledge of safeguarding, medication management and CQC standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
