Care Supervisor Opportunity in Chichester

An exciting opportunity has opened within our Chichester team for a Care Supervisor to support our clients, CareAngels and Care Delivery Team.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Supervisor who thrives on building genuine relationships, delivering outstanding care, and ensuring every client receives the right support at the right time.

This role has a strong focus on carrying out and completing client assessments, conducting reviews and ensuring care plans accurately reflect each client's needs and wishes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout their journey with us, ensuring their wellbeing, independence and quality of life remain at the heart of everything we do.

As part of our commitment to innovation, you will also embrace new technology and AI enabled tools to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery and support better outcomes for clients and CareAngels alike all whilst maintaining a human connection with the people we meet.

Alongside assessments you will help strengthen our connection within the local community, identifying opportunities for client engagement, social wellbeing and reducing isolation through meaningful activities, events and partnerships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive client assessments and reassessments.
  • Take ownership of assessment completion and reviews, ensuring care plans are accurate.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ensure clients receive a safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led service.
  • Conduct client quality assurance reviews and wellbeing checks.
  • Support your colleagues to complete CareAngels supervisions, observations, spot checks and probation reviews.
  • Support your colleagues to maintain and complete compliance requirements, training and development activities.
  • Support with out of hours on call duties as part of the office rota.
  • Promote and utilise AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, improve communication and support effective care management to enable genuine human connections.
  • Identify opportunities to connect clients with local community groups, activities and services that support independence, social engagement and overall wellbeing.
  • Be a role model for our values of being compassionate, professional, friendly, reliable and delivering quality care.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience within the care sector.
  • Experience carrying out client assessments and creating person centred care plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A confident and compassionate approach when working with clients and families.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace new technology and AI driven ways of working.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
  • Accurate record keeping and documentation skills.
  • Confidence using tablets, smartphones and digital care systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous care experience.
  • Experience conducting client assessments and reviews.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Business Use Insurance.
  • Care Certificate.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience within domiciliary care.
  • Understanding of digital care systems and innovative care technologies.

£28,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Hours:

Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as part of the office rota.
