We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Care Supervisor to join our Lewisham team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their care career, develop their leadership skills and play a key role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
The Role
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will be an important link between our customers, their families and our dedicated care team. You will help ensure that every customer receives safe, responsive and personalised support that reflects their individual needs, preferences and goals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Meeting prospective customers to assess their care needs, understand their preferences and identify what matters most to them.
- Completing comprehensive risk assessments to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively and responsively.
- Creating new care plans and regularly reviewing existing plans with customers and/or their representatives, ensuring person-centred care remains at the heart of everything we do.
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to our care teams in the community.
- Leading by example, motivating carers and helping them deliver consistently high standards of care.
- Ensuring care documentation, training and compliance requirements are maintained and kept fully up to date.
- Identifying and reporting any concerns, complaints or training requirements to the Registered Manager.
- Building positive relationships with customers, families, carers and other professionals to ensure excellent communication and continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines professional care experience with compassion, confidence and strong leadership skills.
You Will Need
- Previous experience working within the care sector.
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or be actively working towards this qualification.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
- The ability to assess needs, identify risks and make sound decisions.
- A supportive and approachable leadership style.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of the people we support.

A Role Where You Can Make a Real Difference
This is an exciting office and field-based role offering the perfect balance between supporting the team from the office and getting out into the community to make a real difference to our customers.

Your core working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00. You will also support in our out-of-hours on-call rota, which operates 7 days a week. Weekend on-call duties are shared across the team, with each team member typically covering a weekend every 4–5 weeks. On-call weekends are rewarded with a £100 daily payment.
