Care Support Worker

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Treats people with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Builds positive relationships and works well as part of a team
- Supports people to make choices and live independently
- Holds a full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential)
What You Need To Know
This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in/overnight shifts.
A satisfactory DBS check is required.
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn above all else.
