Care Support Worker - Saffron Walden

Join our team in Saffron Walden, a beautiful medieval market town in north-west Essex, just 15 miles from Cambridge. We're looking for caring, positive people who are passionate about helping others live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.

Driving Licence Essential

Supporting our customers involves travelling within the local community, attending appointments, accessing activities, and promoting independence.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Unfortunately, if you do not hold a driving licence, we cannot move forward with your application.

What You'll Do

  • Support people with daily living activities and personal care where required
  • Encourage independence and help people achieve their goals
  • Accompany customers to appointments, social activities, and community events
  • Build positive relationships and support people to live fulfilling lives
  • Work flexibly across a rota including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

This is a 24-hour service, and successful applicants will be required to work flexibly across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
