Green Meadows, Freshwater
Ref: 251

We're looking for caring, positive people to join our team at Green Meadows for 35 hours per week and help us provide personalised, high-quality support to the residents and individuals who use our services.
You'll be working with a diverse group of people, including older adults, individuals with learning disabilities or autism, people with mental health needs and those with more complex support requirements.

As a Care & Support Worker, you'll be part of a supportive team delivering care across our supported housing schemes, extra care services and within the local community. You'll provide care and support in line with individual care plans, helping people to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility. You'll be expected to work evenings and weekends where required and may undertake sleep-in duties or take part in an on-call rota. The role also involves physically demanding tasks, including moving and handling, and responding calmly in emergency situations.

Our CQC registered office is in Newport, but your role will take you across the Island, supporting people in their homes and in our schemes, including Freshwater, Ryde and the Bay area.

About you

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
