What Will You Be Doing?
As a Care Support Worker at Mendell Court, you'll be supporting individuals within our Assisted Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

- Supporting people with everyday living activities and routines
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
- Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
- Promoting wellbeing, dignity, choice and person-centred support
- Assisting with meal preparation and healthy eating
- Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training
- Helping individuals access local community activities and services
- Supporting attendance at appointments and social activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
- Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with the people we support
Most importantly, you'll help people achieve things they never thought possible.
