Care Support Worker – Help People Live Their Best Lives Every Day

As a Care Support Worker at Peabody, you'll be a vital part of someone's journey, helping them live independently, confidently, and joyfully. Whether it's supporting with daily routines, encouraging hobbies, or simply being a kind presence, you'll help people feel safe, heard, and empowered.
No previous care experience is required. If you have the right values, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support others, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Support people with personal care, health needs, and daily living tasks
- Encourage independence, choice, hobbies, and community involvement
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, and professionals
- Help maintain safe, comfortable homes while keeping accurate records

What You'll Need
- A kind, compassionate approach and a positive outlook
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts
A Full, Clean UK Manual Driving Licence Is Essential

This role operates on a 24/7 working pattern, including overnight shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You'll need to be flexible and ready to support people when they need you most.
Experience isn't essential, but a full, clean UK manual driving licence is. If you're caring, reliable, and ready to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
