About The Role
Full-Time Position: 35 Hours per Week
Shift Patterns Include
- 7:30am - 2:30pm
- 2:30pm - 9:30pm
Full-time Roles Include Working Every Other Weekend.
As a Support Worker, you'll help people with learning disabilities and autism live as independently as possible, supporting them with daily routines, community activities, hobbies, appointments, and achieving their personal goals.

About River Lodge
River Lodge is home to eight adults and provides specialist support for people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
Located close to Burton town centre, the service is well connected to local amenities, parks, cafés and community facilities. Supporting people to get out and about, enjoy activities, and remain connected to their local community is a big part of what we do.
