About the Role
We are seeking to recruit an experienced team of Support Workers to assist a young gentleman in Sutton Coldfield with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals who are wheelchair bound with cerebral palsy.
The gentleman wants to form friendships and so the Support workers will be expected to take him to disco's, festivals, for meals and drinks and have a knowledge of sport so they can have good conversation!

Shift Patterns
- Long days from 8am - 8pm or 8am - 10pm
- Some nights with Waking Nights available too

Requirements
- At least 1 year's care experience
- A driver (to be able to drive his mobility van)
- Cerebral Palsy experience
