About Us

At LOVE, we are a force of nature going above and beyond in the care industry. We are looking for passionate, kind, and genuinely caring support workers to join our dynamic LOVE@Care Team! We’re driven by our core values which guide everything we do. Our team is committed to creating a positive impact on the lives of those we support, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive and enjoy life to the very fullest.

Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred care and support to a young adult male within his own home and the community.

This is a 12-hour waking night shift and 12-hour day shift care package requiring both day and night shift cover. The successful candidate will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while supporting the individual to achieve their personal goals and maintain a high quality of life. You will play a vital role in empowering the adult to live independently and confidently in their own home and within the community. This could include days or trips out, shopping, social clubs, fun activities, and helping them to develop valuable skills in their own environment such as cooking, cleaning, and attending to any personal care that may be required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
