As a Care Support Worker, you'll be supporting people to live life their way, encouraging independence, confidence and choice.

You Might Spend Your Shift

  • Supporting someone to attend work or a volunteering role
  • Enjoying a coffee and catch-up at a local café
  • Helping people plan and cook meals together
  • Supporting shopping trips and appointments
  • Attending community activities and events
  • Encouraging hobbies, interests and personal goals
  • Providing reassurance, companionship and practical support

Shift Patterns

  • Early Shift: 7:00am to 2:30pm
  • Late Shift: 2:30pm to 10:00pm
  • Long Day: 7:00am to 10:00pm
  • Wake Night: 10:00pm to 8:00am
  • Sleep-In: 10:00pm to 7:00am

No Experience Needed

You don't need previous care experience to join us.

If you're kind, patient, reliable and enjoy helping others, we can teach you everything else. Many of our colleagues came from retail, hospitality, customer service, warehouse and administration roles before starting their careers in care.
