Care Team Leader (Nights)

Location: Queens Care Home, Prestwick – Ardayre Road, KA9 1QL

Salary: £15.45 per hour

Shift Availability: Day and night shifts

Person Specification & Skills

To excel in this role, you’ll have:

  • Care experience (an NVQ3/SVQ3 in social care or equivalent would be desirable)
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work flexibly with rapidly changing demands
  • A genuine kind heart and a passion for supporting older people
  • Commitment to treating everyone with fairness, dignity, and respect
  • A collaborative mindset—enthusiasm for working as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
