Your Role
At Redannick in Truro (TR1 2JP), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care and quality of life for our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Work with the team to enrich residents’ lives through tailored activities and social engagement
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Organise leisure and social activities to create a vibrant community environment
- Guide and mentor Care Assistants in their professional development

Your Skills & Background
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in adult/community care (an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent would be advantageous but not mandatory)
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work flexibly
- A team player mentality that values collaboration
- Empathy, kindness, and a genuine interest in older adults
- A strong commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
