We are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader to join The Sidings, our supported living service in Accrington, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and mental health needs.

About The Role
Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the service while leading and developing a dedicated support team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading, coaching and supporting Support Workers
- Maintaining care plans and risk assessments
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity
- Supporting rotas and service quality standards
- Conducting supervisions and staff development
- Building positive relationships with families and professionals
- Leading by example to create a positive team culture

About The Sidings
The Sidings is a modern supported living service made up of apartments and bungalows, offering people the independence of their own home alongside a strong community environment. Residents enjoy a variety of hobbies, social activities and community opportunities, with staff supporting them to live life their way.
Shift Patterns
- 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Rotational days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
- Flexibility required to meet service needs
What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or similar
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Passion for person-centred support
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively
