We're looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our service at in Cannock. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your care experience with leadership skills, helping people live independent, fulfilling lives while supporting a team that shares your commitment to outstanding care.
As Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, working alongside colleagues to create an environment where people are empowered to achieve their goals, develop new skills, and enjoy active, meaningful lives within their community.
