Team Leadership

✔ Collaborate with team members to improve care delivery ✔ Provide mentorship and guidance to Care Assistants


Requirements

Experience & Skills

✅ Proven experience in social care (or equivalent – NVQ/SVQ 3 in Social Care is desirable) ✅ Effective communication and ability to work flexibly, especially overnight ✅ A natural team player with a commitment to collaborative care ✅ A genuine passion for supporting older adults ✅ Committment to dignity, respect, and integrity in all interactions

Location & Commitment

📍 Westwood House 📍 East Milton Grove 📍 East Kilbride, G75 8SN

Schedule: Overnight shifts (not regular weekends/early mornings) Hours: 33 hours per week (flexible scheduling options discussed) Right to Work: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
