Care Team Leader – Abercorn House, Hamilton

Location: 184-192 Low Waters Road, ML3 7QH, Hamilton

Salary: £15.45 per hour

Hours: 33 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
  • Collaborate with the team to enrich residents’ lives and provide colleague support
  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
  • Make leisure and social activities an integral part of everyday life
  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Requirements

Your Skills

  • Experience in care (an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to flexibility
  • Team player who values collaboration
  • Kindness and a genuine interest in older people
  • Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
