Care Team Leader – Abercorn House, Hamilton
Location: 184-192 Low Waters Road, ML3 7QH, Hamilton
Salary: £15.45 per hour
Hours: 33 hours per week

Your Responsibilities
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Collaborate with the team to enrich residents’ lives and provide colleague support
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Make leisure and social activities an integral part of everyday life
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Requirements
Your Skills
- Experience in care (an NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt to flexibility
- Team player who values collaboration
- Kindness and a genuine interest in older people
- Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
