Role: Care Team Leader, Ashley House Residential Care Home

Location: Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 0XT Salary: £15.54 per hour Hours: 22 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the wellbeing and individuality of residents, ensuring they feel truly at home.
  • Working in collaboration with the team to enrich residents’ lives through thoughtful care.
  • Implementing personalised care plans for each resident.
  • Leading leasure and social activities that make every day meaningful.
  • Mentoring and guiding Care Assistants, fostering their professional development.
  • Supporting staff to deliver exceptional care in line with Sanctuary Care’s values.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, we’re looking for:

  • Experience in social care (or equivalent to NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care—desirable but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively.
  • A passion for teamwork, ensuring everyone feels supported.
  • A genuine compassion for older adults and a deep commitment to dignity and respect.
