We're looking for a practical, reliable and compassionate Field Care Technologist to join Lilli.
This is a hybrid role, split between working from home, visiting customers' homes and spending some time at our office in Pulborough, West Sussex. You'll start by covering installations in the Bromley area, and this may expand over time. Most of your time in the field will go on installing, configuring and supporting Lilli's home monitoring technology, and you'll also carry out some assessments. When referrals come in, you'll phone customers to book their installations.
Many of our customers are older adults or vulnerable people, so the role is about more than technical installation. You'll be working in people's homes, sometimes at sensitive moments, so you'll need to be calm, respectful and empathetic on every visit. You'll also need to explain things clearly and reassuringly to customers and their families.
What You'll Do
- Process referrals and book installations, repairs and collections by phone
- Install Lilli equipment safely and efficiently in customers' homes, including safe mounting (minor drilling and adjustments where needed)
- Pair and provision IoT devices, then set up, configure and test everything before leaving
- Set up the Lilli mobile app (iOS and Android) for customers and family members
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity and setup issues
- Remove or replace equipment when required
- Carry out assessments as part of the referral and installation process
- Keep accurate referral and installation notes in HubSpot CRM
- Report incidents promptly, in line with company guidelines
- Manage your own daily schedule and keep installation stock and equipment in order
- Pass on customer feedback and insights to the wider Lilli team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
