At Home Support Matters, we’re looking for compassionate Care Workers—especially drivers—to support people in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Norwich, and Beccles to stay safe, independent, and happy in their own homes.
Example Weekly Earnings - Including Travel Reimbursement (35 Hours)
- 25 hours of weekday care = £322.50
- 10 hours of weekend care = £130.10
- 100 miles of driving (mileage reimbursement) = £42.00
- Travel time (approx. 3h) = £38.70
Total = £533.30/week – that's over £27,700 a year*
Subject to tax and National Insurance deductions. Actual earnings will vary depending on hours worked, travel time, mileage, and the mix of weekday/weekend shifts.

- Providing personal care, companionship, and emotional support
- Supporting with meal prep, medication, and daily routines
- Helping individuals regain confidence after illness or hospital stays
- Reducing loneliness and reconnecting people with their communities
- Enabling people to live independently and safely at home
