What You'll Be Doing
As a Care & Support Worker, you'll support adults in supported living services to live independently, confidently and safely.
Your Role May Include
- Providing emotional and practical support
- Supporting people with daily living skills and household tasks
- Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing
- Supporting people to access education, employment and community activities
- Assisting with appointments and social outings
- Encouraging positive mental and physical health
- Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support

You Will Be

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own transport for business use
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to obtain an Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS Check
Desirable Not Essential
- Health & Social Care Qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in care, support work or customer-facing roles
