Care Worker
Location: Doddington
Contract: Zero hour contract
Salary: £13.45 an hour, plus company benefits
We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hardworking Care Workers for our Our Extra Care Scheme located in Doddington.
Duties will vary on a day to day basis, we value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible.
General day to day duties may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, preparing and serving meals, additional activities that support their health and well-being.
We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.
As a large provider of social care services, Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.
We are Mears Extra Care Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people in their own homes.
About the role:
Our main priority for this job role is to find the right people with the right values, skills, attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit some great new Care Workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our care service – could this be you?
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.
