What are you going to do:
- Personal care - Support clients with washing, dressing and keeping themselves clean.
- Assist with warming meals and preparing the area where the client eats their meals.
- Read the care plan - to follow the instructions of how to support with medication.
- Provide companionship - chat with clients.
- Watch for any changes in health or appearance.
- Write a record of each visit - explaining about the client including what tasks were carried out in the home.
