Care Worker - North London

Locations: Haringey | Islington | Barnet | Waltham Forest

Mutima Care is a CQC-registered home care provider recruiting Care Workers to support adults to live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

The Role

Provide person-centred care in people’s own homes, including Personal Care and, where included in the care plan, support with medication, meals and hydration, mobility, continence care, and everyday routines.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
  • Committed to dignity, choice, and independence
  • Able to communicate clearly and work responsibly in people’s homes
  • Able to travel reliably between care visits across our North London service areas
  • Able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to work in the UK

Successful applicants will complete Mutima Care’s safer recruitment process, including appropriate employment checks, references, Enhanced DBS requirements, induction, training, supervised shadowing, and competency assessment before working independently.
