Hourglass Careers helps ambitious professionals move into careers where their skills can contribute to climate and sustainability. We provide career guidance, industry connections, and a supportive community to help make that transition clearer and more achievable.
💡 About the programme
Our career development programme is designed to help professionals explore and secure opportunities across the sustainability sector.
Participants receive practical career support while connecting with experienced professionals working across areas including climate tech, ESG, sustainable finance, the circular economy, and other climate-focused industries.
