deVere Group's Career Pivot Programme is designed for people who want to transition into the financial services industry and build a new long-term career.
We are not simply looking for candidates with financial services experience. We are looking for people with the right attitude, ambition, communication skills and willingness to learn.
Whether your background is in sales, recruitment, hospitality, real estate, business development, customer service, management, sport or an entirely different industry, if you are motivated to succeed and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
What is the Career Pivot Programme?
The Career Pivot Programme provides structured training and mentorship to introduce you to the world of international financial services and wealth management. You will gain exposure to different areas of the business, helping you develop your knowledge, understand the industry and identify where your skills and strengths could be best suited within deVere.
No previous financial services experience is required. We provide the training, tools and support. You bring the ambition.
