What You'll Do
As a Career Change Specialist, You Will
- Conduct Professional Conversations: Connect with prospective clients through structured conversations to understand their goals, interests and development needs.
- Support Personal & Professional Development: Introduce individuals to established personal and professional development programs aligned with their goals.
- Build Professional Relationships: Develop genuine, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop Your Client Pipeline: Use established digital marketing and lead-generation systems to connect with people who are actively interested in personal and professional development.
- Develop Digital Skills: Build your skills in digital marketing, client engagement and professional relationship building, supported by established systems, training and ongoing mentoring.
- Participate in Ongoing Training: Take part in regular online training and professional development to continually strengthen your skills.
- Work Independently: Manage your own schedule, organise your activities and take ownership of your professional development.
- Contribute to a Supportive Community: Connect with like-minded professionals, share ideas and learn within a collaborative international environment.

You Will Bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, education, recruitment, talent development, leadership, coaching, training or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism, emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- A genuine interest in personal and professional development
- A growth mindset and willingness to continually learn
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to communicate confidently with professionals from a range of backgrounds
- A desire to create greater flexibility and autonomy in your professional life
