Career Coach (part coach, part recruiter)
Location: London & South East
Working Pattern: Full time, hybrid with plenty of time out meeting people
£65K OTE
This isn't a recruitment role in the usual sense. You won't be filling vacancies or chasing volume.
My client is a global membership organisation for senior business leaders. They're looking for someone to find and engage experienced former executives who are thinking about their next chapter and the legacy they want to leave. The work is about career conversations rather than selling a job. You'll listen well, understand what someone really wants from the next stage of their working life, and help them see whether this is the right fit.

What you'll do
- Build relationships and referral networks across London and the South East
- Spend real time out meeting people and organisations rather than sitting solely behind a screen jumping from one call to the next
- Hold thoughtful, in-depth conversations with senior individuals
- Put quality of mutual fit ahead of numbers every time
