🚨 We're Hiring | Sales & Office Operations Executive

📍 Location: London, UK | On-site
💼 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
💷 Salary: £2,000–£3,000 per month + performance-based incentives

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional to join our team in London.

This is a varied role combining telecalling, sales, career counselling, and office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also managing day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Telecalling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and follow up on enquiries
  • Explain our courses, services, and enrolment processes clearly
  • Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Work towards agreed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email, and in person

Career Counselling

  • Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals
  • Provide guidance on suitable courses and career options
  • Address questions and concerns and support candidates through the decision-making process
  • Follow up with prospective students through to enrolment

Office Operations

  • Support day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments, counselling sessions, and meetings
  • Assist with reports, MIS, and daily/weekly activity updates
  • Help maintain a professional and organised office environment
  • Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in enquiries

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer service, or office administration
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
  • A target-driven, positive, and customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience in education or career counselling is an advantage
