Project Coordinator Recruitment Event
Medpace is delighted to host a Project Coordinator Recruitment Event which will take place on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at our office in central London. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Operations Line Managers, Project Coordinators and Talent Acquisition, to learn about our company and career opportunities at Medpace.
At this event, Medpace is seeking to meet candidates with an interest in the Clinical Project Coordinator position. We are looking for entry-level associates looking to embark on a career in project coordination. This position will provide extensive training and is suitable for recent or upcoming graduates; internship, industrial placement, NHS, or Clinical Trials experience is also beneficial. Due to continuous business growth and a strong study pipeline, we are looking for Project Coordinators to join our successful and growing UK team and engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day level. This position will work with our operational teams to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Seeking dedicated people who are willing to invest a number of years to Project Coordination before moving on to their next role.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Project Clinical Trial Manager for timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy;
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS);
- Interact with the global internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors;
- Ownership of the Trial Master File;
- Create and maintain project timelines and enrolment projections; and
- Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences;
- Excellent oral and written English Language communication skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
- Experience in a health sciences or business setting preferred;
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
