Role Description
The Career Partner is a full-time remote role focused on guiding job seekers through every stage of their job search. In this position, you will:
- Review candidate profiles
- Identify suitable job opportunities
- Help tailor applications, resumes, and cover letters to specific roles
- Provide career counseling
- Support career development planning
- Offer practical advice on interview preparation and job search strategies

Day-to-day, you will:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Communicate regularly with candidates via digital channels
- Track their progress
- Respond to questions
- Ensure they remain engaged and confident throughout the process
You will also collaborate with the broader Unfold Jobs team to:
- Improve processes
- Share insights on labor market trends
- Contribute to resources that help job seekers succeed
Qualifications
- Strong Career Counseling and Career Development skills, with experience supporting individuals at different career stages.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess candidate profiles, match them to suitable opportunities, and interpret job market information.
- Proven Customer Service orientation, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust with job seekers.
- Familiarity with job search tools, applicant tracking systems, and online professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple candidates and tasks, and maintain organized records in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or Communications) or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in career services, recruiting, coaching, or talent development is highly beneficial.
