Are you an experienced Careers Advisor passionate about helping young people make confident, informed decisions about their future?
We’re recruiting for a permanent Careers Advisor to join a secondary school in Redbridge, Greater London.
Working closely with the school’s Careers Leader, you’ll provide one-to-one and group careers guidance, helping students explore their options and plan their next steps.

You’ll also support UCAS and apprenticeship applications, CVs, job searches and interview preparation, as well as careers events, employer engagement, and the wider school careers programme.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience providing careers advice to students
- Recent experience working with secondary-age young people
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and education, training, and employment pathways
- Understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks
- Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development or equivalent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
