Job Description
Realise Futures
Address: Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 5NZ
Salary: £17,027 pro rata for 39 weeks
Hours: 30 hours a week (across 5 days), 39 weeks per year, term time only
Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible
Reference: 0847
Paid in 12 equal monthly instalments throughout the year over 52 weeks.
Job Ref: 144-26.
Location: Can be based at either Ipswich, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds or Lowestoft.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance Advisor (CEIAG) to join our Learning, Coaching and Advice team and make a genuine difference to people’s lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- delivering engaging CEIAG sessions to groups and individual learners
- providing impartial careers, education and employment advice
- supporting learners to make informed decisions about learning and career pathways
- working closely with tutors to enhance learner journeys
- keeping labour market information and careers resources up to date
- supporting CEIAG training and updates for colleagues
What we’re looking for - Essential Qualifications:
- a Level 4 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification
- a Level 2 English and Mathematics

Annual Leave entitlement: 5.6 weeks’ holiday equivalent inclusive of all bank and public holidays, which is paid in addition to the annual salary in 12 equal monthly instalments throughout the year over 52 weeks.
