This role can be based at our Birmingham, London (Ealing, Holborn or Stratford), or Manchester Campus. This will be a hybrid model, with attendance on campus typically required 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs. Occasional travel to other campus locations, including Berlin, may also be required. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity:
As our Careers, Enterprise and Alumni Engagement & Campaigns Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting students and graduates with the opportunities, services and support available through Arden University's Careers, Employability, Enterprise and Alumni team. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging campaigns and communications that inspire participation, increase awareness and strengthen engagement across our diverse student and alumni communities.
Working across a variety of digital and in-person channels, you'll develop compelling content for social media, newsletters, webpages and community platforms, ensuring our messaging is engaging, accessible and aligned with the Arden brand. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Careers, Employability, Enterprise and Alumni, as well as Marketing and Student Experience teams, to deliver coordinated campaigns that promote events, employability initiatives, enterprise opportunities and alumni activities.
This is a varied and dynamic role combining campaign management, content creation, stakeholder engagement and performance analysis. You'll support live events through content capture and promotional activity, maintain key digital platforms including Always Arden, and use engagement insights to continually enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and communications.

About You:
We're looking for a talented communicator with experience delivering campaigns, communications or engagement activities that drive audience participation and engagement. You'll be comfortable creating content for a range of platforms and audiences, with excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone and approach to suit different channels.
You'll have a creative mindset combined with strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience using digital platforms, social media and email communications is essential, along with the confidence to capture content in live environments and support the promotion of events and activities.
A strong collaborator, you'll enjoy building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the University, working together to develop engaging campaigns that support participation across campus-based, distance learning and international audiences. You'll also be comfortable using data and digital insights to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve engagement outcomes.
Most importantly, you'll be enthusiastic about creating meaningful connections with students and graduates, bringing fresh ideas, energy and a customer-focused approach to everything you do.
