CIAG Coordinator
Salary: AP08 £29,897 - £35,619 per annum based on experience and qualifications
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious CIAG Coordinator to lead our careers provision and make sure careers is highly visible, valued and embedded across the College.
This is a role for someone who will lead from the front, bring energy and ideas, build strong relationships and make things happen.
You will coordinate the CIAG team, work closely with curriculum areas and drive progress against the Gatsby Benchmarks, ensuring careers education and progression are embedded throughout the student journey.
You will also develop meaningful relationships with employers, universities and other partners, creating opportunities that connect students with the world of work and future progression.
Using local labour market information, destinations data and student feedback, you will help shape careers offer that are relevant, ambitious and has a measurable impact.

- Can coordinate and motivate a team effectively.
- Builds strong relationships with curriculum teams, employers and external partners.
- Understands the Gatsby Benchmarks and what excellent careers provision looks like.
- Can use data and evidence to drive improvement.
- Is creative, innovative and confident in making things happen.

What You Will Need
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 6 qualification in Careers/IAG or willingness to work towards
- Coaching, mentoring or relevant leadership qualification
- Understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks and careers quality standards
- Knowledge of careers education and IAG within an education setting
- Experience of coordinating careers, IAG, progression or related student support
