About The Role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Providing genuine companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and nutritious meal preparation
- Supporting clients with medication and daily routines
- Helping clients maintain their mobility and independence
- Building trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date care records in line with RQIA and GDPR guidelines
What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience to thrive here — what matters most is your heart. We're looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely caring, patient, and empathetic
- Has great communication and listening skills
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
- Has the right to work in the UK and is aged 18 or over
