Role Description

This is a full-time remote Carer role, supporting clients in their homes through scheduled visits and virtual coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and light household tasks, while promoting independence and comfort. The Carer will monitor client wellbeing, report changes or concerns to supervisors, and follow care plans and safety guidelines. The role involves clear communication with clients, families, and care teams, maintaining accurate records, and upholding confidentiality and professional standards. The Carer is expected to demonstrate compassion, patience, and reliability while adapting support to each client’s unique needs.
